RETURN POLICY

You can decide to return any product purchased on our Manì Boutique Online Shop within 14 days from the delivery date. That's how:

1. Request and Fill in the Return Form

2. Make sure that the jewels are in the same condition in which you received them, placed in their packaging and complete with all the attached materials

3. Put everything in the original box that you found in the package

4. Insert the completed return form in the box along with the product (s) to be returned.

5. Prepare the box by applying the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside. The destination is:

6. Keep the receipt of the shipment.

The return of the items to Manì Boutique S.r.L. must take place without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day of the delivery date.

TYPES OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS

In the case of Return for Withdrawal, the shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the customer.The return will be under the responsibility of the customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

In the case of Returns due to incorrect, damaged or defective product, the shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to the logistic costs incurred for the delivery of the order will be reimbursed, in the event that the returned product is the only one present in the order. Furthermore, the transport costs for the return will not be charged.

You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.

Alternatively, you can return your order to the Boutique.
